Ride your machines from the lodge right onto the trail systems.  Iron county, Wisconsin with up to 200 inches annual snowfall, is well known for it's exceptional winter fun including snowmobiling, and skiing.  The area also welcomes ATV enthusiasts. Visit the local shops and enjoy the downtown night life on Silver street in Hurley.

VonSeda’s Island Lake Lodge is near Hurley and Mercer, Wisconsin. Three ski hills are a short drive away, as well as cross country ski trails. Visit the shores of Lake Superior, charter fishing trips at Saxon Harbor, Little Girl's point or make a stop at the casino. The log vacation home is located just an hour from downtown Minocqua, 1 hr from Ashland or a 1.5 hr trip to Eagle River. 

Wildlife is abundant throughout the various seasons.
